Full Property Renovation
This Sutton Coldfield property underwent a complete transformation, turning a dated and tired house into a modern, high-specification family home. Working closely with the client, we managed every stage of the renovation from initial strip-out through to the final finishing touches, ensuring the project was delivered on time and to the highest standard.
The renovation included structural alterations to improve the layout and create a more open, functional living space, alongside a full electrical rewire and new plumbing system throughout the property. We installed a brand-new kitchen and bathroom, carried out extensive plastering and decorating works, fitted new flooring throughout, and completed a range of internal upgrades designed to enhance both the appearance and practicality of the home.

Walsall
Rear Extension
This Walsall property was transformed through the construction of a contemporary single-storey rear extension, creating a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and family living area designed to better suit modern family life. The existing rear of the property offered limited living space and lacked the connection between the home and garden that the client wanted to achieve.
The project involved the demolition of the existing rear structure, followed by extensive groundworks, foundations and structural alterations to accommodate the new extension. Working closely with the client, we designed and delivered a bright, functional space that maximises natural light while providing a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
Large aluminium sliding doors were installed across the rear elevation, opening the property to the garden and creating a contemporary feel throughout the home. Internally, the extension was completed with a bespoke kitchen, premium flooring, modern lighting and high-quality finishes, transforming the space into the heart of the home.
From initial planning through to final completion, our team managed every aspect of the build, coordinating all trades to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process. Bespoke Interior Makeover
A complete transformation of this Wolverhampton home, thoughtfully designed and finished to a high standard throughout.
We carried out a full remodel of the property, enhancing both the appearance and functionality of every room. The project included structural alterations to improve the overall layout, the construction of a rear extension to create a more open and practical living environment, and a complete internal refurbishment from top to bottom.
The existing kitchen was removed and replaced with a bespoke contemporary design featuring premium cabinetry, integrated appliances, a large central island and luxury finishes throughout. The family bathroom was fully renovated with modern sanitaryware, feature lighting, high-quality tiling and stylish fixtures, while the downstairs WC was transformed into a modern and elegant space with bespoke fittings and contemporary detailing.
Throughout the property, we completed a full electrical rewire, installed a new plumbing system, upgraded heating services and carried out extensive plastering, decorating and flooring works. New internal doors, skirting boards, architraves and lighting were fitted throughout, creating a consistent and high-end finish across the home.
A bespoke media wall with integrated fireplace was designed and installed within the living area, creating a striking focal point while maximising functionality and storage. Every aspect of the renovation was carefully planned and professionally managed to ensure the highest standards of workmanship were achieved.
